Kubanenergo set the 1-20 coupons rate for Series 001Р-01 bonds at 10.44% p.a. (or 52.06 rubles per bond), the issuer reports. The 1-20 coupons revenue is RUR 187.416 mln. As it was reported earlier, Kubanenergo held book-building for Series 001Р-01 bonds placed within the exchange program via public offering from 14:00 (MSK) to 15:00 (MSK) on December 2. The face issue volume is RUR 3.6 bln. The face value is 1000 rubles per bond. The issue tenor is 10 years from the date of placement. The bonds have 20 6-months coupons. The placement date is December 4. The arranger of the placement is Gazprombank.
