Kubanenergo set the 1-14 coupons rate of Series 001P-02 bonds at 12.63% p.a. (or 62.98 rubles per bond), the issuer reports. The 1-14 coupon revenue is RUR 214.132 mln. As it was reported earlier, Kubanenergo held book-building for Series 001P-02 bonds from 16:00 (MSK) to 17:00 (MSK) today, on November 20. The issue volume is RUR 3.4 bln. The issue tenor is 10 years from the date of placement, with a 7-yr. put option. The face value is 1000 rubles per bond. The bonds will be sold via public offering. The technical placement is scheduled for November 24. The arranger of the placement is Gazprombank.
