Tele2 sells Series 07 bonds

OAO Saint-Petersburg Telecom (Tele2) sold Series 07 bonds on April 17. The MICEX registered 71 transactions with the bonds.

Coupon 1 was set at 9.1%. Coupons 2-6 equate to coupon 1. The coupon payment is RUR45.38. The issuer opened an order book for Series 07 bonds at 10:00 (Moscow time) on April 12 and closed it at 17:00 (Moscow time) on April 13. Tele2 Russia Holding AB and Tele2 Financial Services AB («BB+» by Fitch) are guarantors on the issue. The issue has a 10-year tenor and a 3-year put option. The bonds carry semi-annual coupons. Coupon guidance stood in the range between 9.25%-9.5%. The sale is preliminary scheduled for April 17, 2012. VTB Capital and Raiffeisenbank are arrangers on the issue.

Outstanding Series 01, 02, and 03 bonds of Saint-Petersburg Telecom are admitted by the CBR as collateral for direct repo transactions at a 15% discount.
