FFMS registered two issues of mortgage bonds by Mortgage Agent AHML 2011-1

On December 1, 2011, Federal Financial Markets Service registered the issues and prospectus of non-convertible certified interest-bearing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of class A1/11 and A2/11, and the issue of non-convertible uncertified registered interest-bearing mortgage-backed bonds of class B/11 issued by Mortgage Agent AHML 2011-1 (Moscow), placed through in private offering. According to the submitted resolution on the issue of non-convertible certified interest-bearing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of class A1/11, the issuer is placing 2.258 million bonds. The face value is RUR 1000 per bond. The total issue size is RUR 2.258 billion. State registration number is 4-01-74103-Н. Mortgage-backed bearer bonds of class A2/11 will be placed in amount of 1.129 million. The face value is RUR 1000 per bond. Total size of the issue is RUR 1.129 bln at par. State registration number is 4-02-74103-Н.
