KazMunayGas plans to issue long-term Eurobonds denominated in dollars

Investor calls start on Wednesday, September 30.
The issuer considers placing bonds with maturity from 10 to 30 years. Moody's rated the upcoming issue at "Baa3", the expected rating from Fitch Ratings is "BBB-".
On Thursday, KazMunayGas announced on London S.E. that it intends to repurchase from bondholders its two Eurobonds issues: $500mln 3.875% 19apr2022 notes and $1bn 4.4% 30apr2023 bonds (outstanding bonds amount to $406,564 mln).
Bookrunners: Halyk Finance, JP Morgan, MUFG, and SkyBridge Invest.
