The issuer considers placing bonds with maturity from 10 to 30 years. Moody's rated the upcoming issue at "Baa3", the expected rating from Fitch Ratings is "BBB-".
On Thursday, KazMunayGas announced on London S.E. that it intends to repurchase from bondholders its two Eurobonds issues: $500mln 3.875% 19apr2022 notes and $1bn 4.4% 30apr2023 bonds (outstanding bonds amount to $406,564 mln).
