Uzbekinvest

The national export-import Insurance Company Uzbekinvest operates in the general insurance market and deals with all 17 types of insurance in accordance with the classification of insurance activities. The National Export-Import Insurance Company "Uzbekinvest" was founded in April 1994 in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 206 dated April 13, 1994. In February 1997, "Uzbekinvest" was reorganized into the National Export-Import Insurance Company "Uzbekinvest" with the status of the official agent of the country for export-investment insurance. Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On financing export activities and expanding insurance mechanisms" dated July 1, 2020 and in accordance with the instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the company was transformed into a joint stock company. The company has 14 branches in Tashkent, regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan; more than 200 district offices, including 26 city offices; more than 800 insurance agents.
