|CIT Finance has received a license for investment portfolio management in Kazakhstan, the Company says.|
According to the statement, CIT Finance has become the first Russian financial group that entered the market of assets management of Kazakhstan.
CIT Finance is planning to offer various share funds to investors in Kazakhstan till the turn of 2006.
CIT Finance JSC (Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty) is a subsidiary organization of the managing company CIT Finance. Its authorized capital is 140 mln tenges.
CIT Finance investment bank OJSC (former Web-invest bank) was founded in 1993. Its state authorized capital totals RUB 3 bn. CIT-Finance' President Mr. Vinokurov is the largest shareholder in the Bank.
As of July, 2006, the Bank's aggregate assets were RUB 27.6 bn, having increased 1.4 times y-o-y. Its own capital was RUB 4.96 bn. In the IH, the Bank received the net income of RUB 2.4 bn against RUB 289.77 mln as of July 1, 2005
