Moody's Investors Service revised outlook on Moscow to positive and affirmed at "Ba1" (LT- foreign currency) credit rating

Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Ba1" LT- foreign currency credit rating of Moscow on January 29, 2018. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
