National Capital to open the book for series BO-05 bond March 18

National Capital plans to place series BO-05 issue of RUR 3 bln on March 22, the issuer reports. The bonds will have a tenor of 3 years. The book will be open from 10:00 Moscow time on March 18, 2013 to 18:00 Moscow Time on March 19, 2013. KIT Finance Investment Bank is the Agent of the issue.
