Pravourmiyskoe opens order book for Series 01 bond issue

Pravourmiyskoe is planning to sell Series 01 bonds worth RUB 3bn on December 10. The bonds mature on 26 December 2019. The issuer will offer investors 3 million bonds worth RUB 1,000 each (par). The bonds will be sold at 100% of face value. The FFMS registered Series 01 bond issue of OOO Pravourmiyskoe and its prospectus on 22 November 2012. Coupons 2-6 equate to coupon 1. The order book will be open till 6 December 2012. Russian Funds is the arranger of the issue.
