Tattelecom redeemed series B bond

November 2, 2012

Tattelecom announced redemption of series B bond issue. Number of bonds redeemed: 1.5 million bonds, of which 105,544 units were outstanding (the issuer paid the bondholders RUR 105,544 mln) and 1,394,456 units were on the issuer's securities account. Maturity date is 01.11.2012. Obligation was discharged in due time and in full amount.
