Polyplast increased the coupon rate on series 02 bond to 12.75% p.a.

Polyplast has set the rate of coupons 4-6 on series 02 bond at 12.75% per annum, the company announced. State registration number of the issue is 4-02-06757-A of January 27, 2011. The fourth coupon period is from 11.09.2012 till 12.03.2013; fifth coupon period is 12.03.2013 to 10.09.2013; coupon period six is from 10.09.2013 till 11.03.2014. The coupon income on the loan will amount to RUR 50,864 mln or RUR 63.58 per bond. The RUR 800 bln issue was placed in March 2011 at 12.25%.
