Moody's withdraws ratings of Bank Moscow-Minsk

London, 11 April 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn the following ratings of Bank Moscow-Minsk (Belarus): E+ standalone Bank Financial Strength Rating (BFSR); B3 long-term local currency deposit rating, Caa1 foreign-currency deposit rating; and Not-Prime short-term local and foreign currency deposits ratings.



Prior to the ratings withdrawal, Bank Moscow-Minsk's local currency deposit rating carried a stable outlook, and the outlook on the foreign currency deposit rating was negative, whilst the standalone BFSR, which mapped to b3 on the long-term scale, also carried a negative outlook.
