Raiffeisenbank to act as debt restructuring agent for Natur Produkt Invest

Raiffeisenbank will act as the debt restructuring agent for Natur Produkt Invest’s Series 02 bonds, according to a representative of the bank. Natur Produkt Invest has to redeem the 2nd bond issue in June 2009. The issue worth RUR1bn was placed in 2006. The issuer intends to unveil a debt restructuring plan by the end of May.
