Aladushkin Finance to issue domestic bonds worth RUR1 bln

Aladushkin Finance approved the resolution to issue 2-series domestic bonds to the total value of RUR1 bln. Amount of bonds in the issue equals 1 mln, with par value of RUR1,000 each. The 5-year bonds will be sold in public offering at par, the issuer's statement says.
