Central Telegraph issued bonds.

FSFR registered an issue and prospectus of the bonds released by the Central Telegraph, as it was informed. The third series issue was launched in the volume of 700mln rub. The first issue worth 500mln rub. was released in 2003. In Oct. the bonds in the volume of 200mln rub. were placed through the close offering.
