On Tuesday, US Treasury yields were almost flat. Chief foreign exchange strategist at Scotiabank Shaun Osborne: "Investors may be registering concerns that the fiscal stimulus will boost the US current account deficit and we concur that structural imbalances remain a weakness in the longer run outlook for the US dollar, especially amid reduced US growth and yield differentials."
