Fitch Ratings revised outlook on Belarus to negative and affirmed at "B" (LT Int. Scale (local curr.)) credit rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the "B" LT Int. Scale (local curr.) credit rating of Belarus on November 13, 2020. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to negative from stable.
