Ukraine increased its placed Eurobonds by $328.79 mln

Ukraine announced an increase of 7.75% 1sep2020 bond by $328.79 mln with J.P. Morgan as the Initial Purchaser and Bookrunner. Raised funds will be deployed to proceed with the liability management exercises consisting of the open-market buyback of Ukraine’s GDP-linked securities issued in 2020.
Mentioned securities are not intended to be traded in the United States or the United Kingdom.
At the moment country has 34 outstanding Eurobonds denominated in Euro, USD and UAH.
