Fitch Ratings revised outlook on Moscow region to positive and affirmed at "BBB-" (LT Int. Scale (foreign curr.)) credit rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB-" LT Int. Scale (foreign curr.) credit rating of Moscow region on September 27, 2019. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
