Fitch Ratings revised outlook on Vietnam to positive and affirmed at "BB-" (LT Int. Scale (local curr.)) credit rating

Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BB-" LT Int. Scale (local curr.) credit rating of Vietnam on May 18, 2017. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
