The Corporate & Investment Bank group division comprises corporate banking and securities activities and is divided into Corporate Banking & Securities (CB&S), comprising Markets and Corporate Finance businesses, and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) corporate divisions. The Private Clients and Asset Management group division comprises asset management, private wealth management and private, and business client activities. PCAM is divided into Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), focusing on managing assets on behalf of institutional clients, among others, and Private & Business Clients (PBC) corporate divisions. The Corporate Investments group division manages alternative assets and other debt and equity positions.
