VAB Bank partially redeemed Eurobonds and paid accrued interest

On June 14, 2010 VAB Bank partially redeemed Eurobonds and paid accrued interest on the issue in line with agreements reached with investors in March this year. The issuer paid 10% of the principal to noteholders who consented to the offer. The issue tenor was extended by 4 years till June 14, 2014. The coupon rate was hiked to 10.5% from 10.25%. As of June 14 coupon payments are made quarterly instead on semi-annual coupons.
On June 14 the bank paid the 6th coupon in the amount of $6.3m.
