VITA (Kazakhstan) delays payment of the 10th coupon and principal on bonds KZ2CKY05B539 (VITAb4)

/KASE, May 5, 10/ - VITA (Almaty, hereinafter - the company) informed
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter on delay of the tenth
coupon interest and the principal payment on bonds KZ2CKY05B539 (VITAb4;
KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; April 21, 05 - April 21, 10, the semi-annual coupon indexed at
the inflation rate, 7.95 % APR for the last coupon period; 30/360).

According to mentioned bonds issue prospectus VITA was to pay the principal on
the mentioned interest from April 21 to May 5, 2010.

In the letter VITA informed that:

At present the company on bonds NIN KZ2CKY05B539 has unpaid principal in
the size of KZT4,999,549,786.00, on the coupon interest - KZT198,732,103.99,
the payment due from April 21 to May 5, 2010.

At present the company negotiates with holders the possibility to extend the debt
repayment period for 7 years to define the list of holders who agrees to buy back
the 4th issue bonds with a discount.

Based on the above stated and considering the company difficult financial status,
the repayment order and terms will be agreed on bonds holders.

As previously informed, mentioned bonds were removed from the KASE official
list due to the circulation term expiry from April 21, 2010.
