US Treasury yields showed mixed movements on Wednesday after the Senate and White House came to an agreement on the nearly $2 trillion coronavirus package.  5-, 10- and 30-year yields managed to keep rising, while yields with shorter-term moved down.

During the day 1- and 3-month Treasury yields dropped below zero. It was the first such a plunge in four and half years when both yields appeared in a negative zone.

Update: late Wednesday, the Senate passed the $2 trillion bill that includes money in credit for struggling industries, support to unemployment insurance and direct cash payments to citizens. The bill was passed to the House. The House members are supposed to voice vote on Friday.
