The Moscow Credit Bank partially redeems subordinated Eurobonds for 73 million USD

The Moscow Credit Bank redeemed part of the two issues of subordinated Eurobonds for 73 million USD ahead of schedule, as the issuer said.

According to the results of the partial redemption, the volume of the issue of unlimited Eurobonds amounted to 670 million USD, based on the issue maturing in 2027 – 557 million USD.

The issue of subordinated Eurobonds with redemption in 2027 was placed in the amount of 600 million USD at a rate of 7.5% per annum, the issue of irredeemable subordinated Eurobonds – in the amount of 700 million USD at a rate of 8.875% per annum.
