Federal loan bonds with variable coupon (OFZ-PK)

are a type of OFZ: registered coupon-bearing medium-term (one to five years) and long term (five to 30 years) government securities. The bonds entitle their holders to receive their face value at redemption, and the coupon interest. Coupon interest rate is variable and is determined based on the yield on GKO and OFZ, or based on official inflation figures. Example – Russia, 29003
